To use your checking or savings account to make recurring gifts please download the CMI Express Brochure and mail the completed form to the address indicated on the form. Please allow 3 weeks processing time to set up your first electronic transaction.

Recurring gifts can also be made using your credit card. You can set up monthly recurring gifts online or you can download the CMI Express Brochure . if you'd prefer to mail your information.
