Construction Resumes on República Church

Republica Construction

Construction resumes on the new 1,500-seat worship center for the República Church.

QUITO, Ecuador – Construction has resumed on the República Church worship center in Quito. Limited resources caused the temporary suspension of the project, but additional resources from within the church and from friends of CMI enabled República to resume development on the 1,500-seat facility located on one of the most strategically visible locations in all of Quito. Lord providing, the 1,100-person congregation hopes to complete the construction of the roof by October. Completion of this phase will allow the congregation to begin meeting in the new facility even as the remaining construction phases continue. Construction on the first floor office space is complete and the church is using this space to serve the community as a medical and dental clinic.
