Corruption Rises Worldwide
LATIN AMERICA. According to
Transparency International (TI), corruption
continues to rise in the majority of countries
around the world. Latin America remains one of the
leading regions for corruption. The TI study found
that in 13 nations more than 50% of the respondents
believed corruption had increased significantly over
the past three years in their respective countries.
Of these 13, nine are in Latin America.
